We have six basic pricing regimes. These categories are not exhaustive but give you a brief snapshot of what you can expect from Cross Consult fees.
- No hourly fees except expenses. The fee is 20% of the gross uplift in the mutually agreed value of the business at time of commencement retainer to point of sale. This we recommend to businesses in cash flow difficulty looking for a turnaround and then Cross consult to manage a sale.
- No fees except expenses. The fee is 20% of the gross profit uplift of the business calculated from time of commencement retainer to a fixed contract period, not less than 12 months.
- Digital Start up – Small enterprise $500 plus GST. This package is for web inexperienced people considering a digital start-up. We receive contact from many individuals whom have a great idea but are unfamiliar with how to build a great website and generate ecommerce sales. Usually they also have limited resources.
We offer up to a 2 hours session for the start-up, bring as many people as you like whereby we learn about your business model and provide recommendations on the process of successfully launching a digital start-up in your category. We recommend this session is taped, as we teach you how to upskill yourself and make the right decisions to drive your Start-up to success. - Digital re-vamp. Large Enterprise 30,000 plus GST. This package is for larger companies that recognize the need to get serious about their digital platform or are looking to re-launch a large but generally ineffectual website. To build large scale websites successfully you need to combine several independent skill sets. Often we see one agency purporting to have all the skill sets required to build a website but in Australia we have not come across any one agency that can undertake all facets of optimizing your website.
We act independently and ensure you surround yourself with the right skill sets and ensure you are obtain blue chip services, proper pricing from each required party in a collaborative effort to build or re-launch a very success website. We cannot stress how many black hat operatives exist in Australia and how many times we have seen hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on websites they were doomed to failure due to poor planning from the start. - Coaching: An hourly rate of $250.00 per hour
